Cisilion - building brand awareness

The challenge
We were tasked with elevating the brand awareness of IT services and solutions provider, Cisilion and positioning its senior leadership team as thought leaders in the key technology, business and channel media.
We started by identifying the company’s story as a way of humanising the brand and highlight the problems its services solve for its current and new customers.

The story
With the ever-changing business landscape, we focussed on the future of the workplace, in particular collaborative working. In the wake of the pandemic and recognising the rise in the ‘work from anywhere’ culture, we identified that organisations were keen to embrace the tools available to them to support efficiency, efficiency and above all flexibility.
Focussing on a number of themes including ‘Promoting Collaborative Working’, ‘Tips For Effective Meeting Rooms’ and ‘Revolutionising Your Network For Tomorrow’, we crafted compelling thought leadership articles and interview pitches to target our top tier media.
The results
Over a 15-month period, we secured 56 pieces of press coverage in publications such as Computer Weekly, Computing, Business Reporter, and CRN, plus an ongoing article series with Techfinitive. As a result of this, the Cisilion brand was visible to an audience of over £2.6 million.
